Our yogurt is great on it's own, but how about experimenting with a few of our favourite recipes.
One of our favourite yogurt recipes is a smoothie. This recipe is our take on the classic Indian drink Lassi.
Simply choose a small pot of your favourite flavour of Woodlands Yogurt. add 125ml of apple juice and whizz in a blender.
For a healthier smoothie why not add a banana or some fresh berries.
This smoothie is made in the same way as above, but for a truly nutritious breakfast add a handful of oats, muesli or granola and stir in. If left for a few minutes, the oats will soften a little and make it easier to drink.
This is one of our favourite breakfasts.
Why not try a dollop of our homemade yogurt on your pancakes or waffles. It's lighter than cream and healthier than ice cream and goes surprisingly well with fresh fruit.
150ml pot of our natural yogurt , 1/2 cucumber grated , 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 clove of finely grated garlic, a dash of olive oil and paprika for serving.
Combine the yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice and garlic. Add a dash of olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
Perfect for dipping.
